a twisted thought at a time

With all due respect to the American Pie Sequels, I’ve found the black sheep of the family. the one that really sucks. woolala.

Lord of the Rings, Spiderman, X-men, Fantastic4, and other movie sequels have done a great job and never failed the movie lovers to ask for more. when these movies release another sequel its a sure thing that it will be great, or at least the same satisfaction level like the first sequels.

It was supposed to be great for American Pie. It was.

American Pie 1 – 3 brought the big laughs, by its meaningless storyline, funny scripts, fantastic scenes. and band camp is your elementary level American pie. Personally, i didn’t like the concept of a young stifler trying to follow the foot steps of the original one. it just doesn’t make sense.

Band camp, under the name of American Pie prodigy is somewhat ugly. when you hear of American PIe, it was supposed to be great. Band camp doesn’t even pinch the level of laughter and good time of first America Pie movies. It’s sad. 

on the angels wings, I respect  the different approach of band camp, delivering a lesson, serious story (with love) , putting it under the title American Pie wasn’t just a good idea. everything is just too elementary for American Pie prodigy.

All in all, Great Expectation = Great Disappointment.
